Bargain baby and kids gear at our New Haw, Surrey Nearly New Sale

Local Mums have discovered a great new way to shop in New Haw. Our mum2mum market nearly new sale on the 29th March saw 150 buyers through the door in the first half an hour. Luckily the rain stayed away and our nearly new bargain hunters in the queue didn’t get wet! The first 100 buyers all got a mum2mum market goody bag stuffed with information about local family businesses and services as well as a pack of Fink conversation cards and an Easter treat.


Many of our buyers were expectant Mums looking for those last bits for baby that can really add up when you have it all to get. They had plenty to choose from as our sellers filled their stalls with preloved clothes, toys, games and equipment including buggies, slings, baby baths and rockers. As you can see from our photos even our youngest buyers found something they loved…

 
Lots of people took advantage of the free mini photo shoots Kim from Early Moments Photography was offering and we will be sharing some of the gorgeous shots she took on our Facebook page soon.

For those wanting to take a break from bargain hunting we had plenty of tea and delicious cakes in our refreshments area, plus magazines, newspapers and a colouring table for the little ones.

 
We had great feedback from our buyers and all of our sellers said they’d recommend us to a friend. One said: “Great sale – lots of customers. Great way to have a de-clutter and make some money!”


We’re now busy planning our next sale at Virginia Water Community Centre on the 25th April and we’ll be back at New Haw Community Centre again on 17th May.
